With limited direction from the General Manager, the Operations Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, operations, and inspections for the District's 22+ flood control dams. Duties include planning and implementing the O&M program including providing oversight and direction to consultants and contractors; work requires frequent field visits. The Operations Program Manager will also coordinate with landowners and facilitate the easement encroachment permit process.
