Upper Brushy Creek WCID has a vacancy on the Board of Directors for the remaining term of Place 2. Per the State Water Code (§51.072), qualifications for applicants include: US Citizen, Over 18 years of Age, Resident Citizen of Texas, and either own land subject to taxation in the District or be a qualified voter within the District.
Interested qualified applicants are welcome to apply by completing and submitting the application to the District Clerk at Clerk@UBCdams.org by 5 p.m. February 10. The Board will consider the appointment at the February 12, 2025 Board Meeting at 460 Texas Avenue, Round Rock 78664.
